Jim Adcock

Jim joined SHG for the first time almost 20 years ago. In March of 2020 he came back onboard and currently serves as the Director of Fleet & Maintenance for all companies in the SHG.

Between his professional stops with SHG, Jim was District Manager for Campbell Oil, where he managed and oversaw the operations of four restaurants. In addition, he spent time as the Service Manager for Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in hospitality management.

In April of 2023, he and his wife will celebrate 31 years of marriage. They have six daughters, three who are married, two who are engaged and the youngest who attends Ashland University and plays tennis for the Lady Eagles.
