Approximately 10 hours per week. Hours are driven by the event calendar and may include evenings, weekends, and early mornings.

Position Overview

Waters Edge Event Center is seeking a dependable team member to help prepare the venue before events and restore it afterward. This behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, organized spaces and enjoys seeing a room come together for an important occasion.

Key Responsibilities

Set up tables, chairs, linens, and venue furnishings according to event plans
Reset rooms and public spaces after events
Clean and organize event, service, storage, and common areas
Move supplies and equipment safely and return items to designated locations
Identify maintenance, damage, inventory, or cleanliness concerns
Assist venue and catering teams with related setup or operational needs
Complete assigned checklists accurately and on schedule

What We Are Looking For

Reliable, self-directed, and attentive to detail
Able to follow floor plans, checklists, and leadership instructions
Able to stand, bend, and safely lift and move tables, chairs, and supplies
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Venue, event, cleaning, or setup experience is helpful but not required
