Lem’s Pizza Team Member (2 positions)

The Sayre Hospitality Group is excited to add Lem’s Pizza, in Fredericksburg, Ohio, to our family of companies.

We are currently looking to add the already established and high performing pizza shop team that continues to make Lem’s known throughout the area.

As a part of the Lem’s Pizza team, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing core skills such as POS operation, food handling, and cash handling, you will assist in taking orders, serving customers, and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Your premium skills in food preparation and time management will enhance your ability to deliver quality products efficiently. With relevant skills in sanitation and basic math, you will contribute to the overall success of our pizza shop. As a member of our Lem’s Pizza Team, your responsibilities include:

• Utilizing effective customer service skills in a kind, professional manner
• Providing customers with properly prepared and top-quality menu items
• Working as a part of a team or individually to prep & fill orders and keep the pizza shop clean, orderly and stocked with all needed products (cups, lids, napkins, straws, etc.).
• Following all food safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean work environment, kitchen, and dining area (both indoors and outdoors
• Accurately handle customer transactions using the POS (point of sale) system
• Closing out the register when working a closing shift
• Maintaining proper dating and rotation of product and other inventory
• Utilizing excellent communication skills – able to suggestive sell and consistently provide excellent customer service

Needed Skills:

• Knowledge of food service operations and food preparation techniques/willingness to learn these techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to be a problem solver

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
