Assistant General Manager – Lem’s Pizza
Position Overview
Lem’s Pizza is seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and help deliver the exceptional service and quality our guests have come to expect. This role is ideal for a strong team leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is ready to grow into higher-level management.
The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to execute operational goals, develop team members, and uphold the standards and traditions of Lem’s Pizza, while supporting the broader vision of the Sayre Hospitality Group. This is a “working manager” role, requiring an active presence on the floor and in day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time, in-person position with an expected workload of approximately 45–50 hours per week. The Assistant General Manager is expected to be an active, visible leader during peak business hours, with scheduling determined in collaboration with the General Manager.
