General Manager – Omahoma Bob’s BBQ

Position Overview

Omahoma Bob’s BBQ is a high-performing, culture-driven concept with a loyal customer base and strong operational foundation. We are seeking a General Manager to lead the next phase of growth.

This role goes beyond traditional restaurant management. The GM will oversee restaurant operations, catering execution (supported by a centralized sales team), and mobile/trailer operations. This is an opportunity to run and grow a multi-channel BBQ business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
    • Maintain food quality and guest experience
  • Maintain the exceptional employee & guest culture
    • Hire, train, and develop team members
    • Execute catering events sold by centralized sales team
    • Oversee BBQ trailer operations and off-site activations
    • Manage P&L, labor, and food costs
    • Maintain and strengthen team culture

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong restaurant leadership experience
    • Builder mindset (not just a maintainer)
    • Organized and execution-focused
    • Strong communicator
    • Comfortable managing multiple revenue streams
    • Experience in catering or mobile food operations is a plus

 

Compensation

Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Bonus Structure:
• 5–6% of quarterly EBITA
• 5% Catering growth incentives
• 5% Trailer performance bonus
• Sales growth bonus

Total Compensation Potential: $75,000 – $100,000+
