The Golden Bear Team Members (up to 10 positions)

The Golden Bear, a brand of the Sayre Hospitality Group, is seeking to hire a number of team members for our busy season this summer. Located in the heart of Apple Creek, Ohio, The Golden Bear is a staple of the community and is excited to welcome new team members on board. This is an excellent summer job for high school students.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare product order lists for site manager
• Communicates clearly to both team members and management
• Confident in following cash handling policies
• Maintains proper dating and rotation of product
• Detail oriented for cash handling, orders, waste tracking, etc.
• Accurately all company policies, including those pertaining to dress code and cell phone use
• Ability to suggestive selling & promoting selling and sales goals with team

Skills:

• Knowledge of food service operations and food preparation techniques/willingness to learn these techniques
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to be a problem solver
