Junipers Culinary Team Member
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and dynamic culinary team members for Junipers Restaurant to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in casual dining and quick service environments, with a passion for hospitality and team development. As a member of the culinary team, you will oversee daily culinary operations, ensure high standards of food quality and service, and foster a positive work environment in the back of house that encourages growth and excellence.
Currently, Junipers Restaurant is open 3 days per week (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) from 4pm – 9pm, with the ability of clients to reserve the restaurant for private events on Sunday – Wednesday. The selected candidates will work about 60% of the work week at Junipers and 40% at the other food service establishments, including the Golden Bear, along with time spent on other related duties as assignment by upper management, Junipers Manager and the Director of Restaurant Operations.
